石灰石粉泡沫轻质土配制及性能研究

文中以某项目泡沫轻质土路基工程为背景,实现废弃资源循环利用并降低成本为目的.通过试验探究不同石灰石粉掺量、聚羧酸减水剂掺量对泡沫轻质土干密度、流动度、无侧限抗压强度等性能的影响.结果表明,石灰石粉的掺入会使泡沫轻质土的干密度和流动度降低,40%石灰石粉掺量的泡沫轻质土可以达到最大抗压强度;适量聚羧酸高性能减水剂的掺入可以增加泡沫轻质土的流动性和抗压强度,聚羧酸减水剂的最佳质量掺量分数为0.6%.
Study on Preparation and Properties of Foamed Lightweight Concrete with Limestone Powder
Taking a foam lightweight soil roadbed project as the background,the recycling of waste re-sources and reducing the cost is realized.Through the tests,the effects of different limestone powder mixing,polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mixing on the foam lightweight soil dry density,flu-idity,unconfined compressive strength and other properties were investigated.The results show that the incorporation of limestone powder will reduce the dry density and fluidity of foam lightweight soil,and the maximum compressive strength of foam light soil can be achieved with 40%content of lime-stone powder.In addition,appropriate amount of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reduc-ing agent can be added to increase the flowability and compressive strength of foam lightweight soil,and the optimal mixing amount of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 0.6%.
