黄金尾矿砂对微表处混合料性能的影响研究

黄金尾矿砂是我国重要的大宗固体废弃物之一,其粒径多在0.3 mm以下,与微表处混合料矿料级配中的细集料吻合性高.基于此,文中对掺加黄金尾矿砂的微表处混合料的耐久性进行试验研究.通过负荷车辙试验、低温半圆弯曲(SCB)试验、湿轮磨耗试验和旋转瓶磨耗试验对不同黄金尾矿砂用量、级配类型及乳化沥青类型的微表处混合料开展试验研究.结果表明,黄金尾矿砂的加入能够提高微表处混合料的高温性能、低温性能、耐磨耗性能及水稳定性;水性环氧改性乳化与SBS和SBR改性乳化沥青微表处混合料相比有更优异的高温和低温性能、耐磨耗性能和水稳定性,SBS改性乳化沥青的低温性能明显低于SBR改性乳化沥青;综合考虑微表处混合料的应用环境,推荐采用MS-3型级配.
Investigation on the Effect of Gold Mine Tailings on the Properties of Micro-surface Mixture
In China,gold tailing sand is one of the major bulk solid wastes,and the majority of it has particles smaller than 0.3 mm,which is in excellent accord with the fine aggregate in the mineral grading of the micro-surface mix.This led us to conduct an experimental study on the durability of micro-surface mixtures containing gold tailings sand,primarily using load rutting,low-temperature semicircular bending(SCB),wet wheel abrasion,and rotating bottle abrasion tests on various gold tailings sand dosages,grading types,and emulsified asphalt types of micro-surface mixtures.Accord-ing to the test findings,adding gold tailing sand can improve the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,abrasion resistance and water stability of micro-surface mixtures.In com-parison to SBS and SBR-modified emulsified asphalt micro-surface treatment mixture,the water-based epoxy-modified emulsion has more excellent high-temperature and low-temperature performance,ab-rasion resistance,and water stability,and the low-temperature performance of SBS modified emulsi-fied asphalt is significantly lower than that of SBR modified emulsified asphalt.The suggested MS-3 type gradation was developed after careful study of the application environment of the micro-surface treatment mixture.
