高掺量煤矸石采空区充填注浆材料工作性能研究

为缓解煤矸石堆放引发的环境污染,提高煤矸石利用率,考虑采用高掺量煤矸石配置采空区注浆材料.为此对固相质量比、外加剂掺量,以及煤矸石掺量的采空区充填注浆材料进行正交对比试验,研究浆液主要物理力学特性之间的相互关系,揭示矿物掺合料、外加剂、煤矸石骨料掺量对高掺量煤矸石充填注浆材料物理力学性能的影响规律.结果表明,煤矸石掺量提升至100%后,不仅增大了 28d龄期的抗压强度,对浆体其他性质也无明显的劣化效果;当掺入煤矸石的浆体中掺入 5%电石渣时,浆体性能无明显增益效果,但该浆体掺入 5%的水玻璃可以进一步提高硬化体强度;随着石膏含量的增加,浆体初凝时间缩短,流动度和析水率降低,抗压强度降低;1%聚羧酸减水剂明显提高了浆体的流动度,但同时增大了材料的析水率,且测量凝结时间过程中,也观测到了注浆材料严重的离析现象.
Study on the Workability of Highly Doped Coal Gangue Filling and Grouting Materials in Vacuum Mining Area
To alleviate the environmental pollution caused by coal gangue stacking and improve the uti-lization rate of coal gangue,it is considered to adopt high doping of coal gangue to configure the grou-ting material for filling the hollow area.For this reason,orthogonal comparison tests were conducted on the solid phase mass ratio,additives and gangue dosage of filling grouting materials in the hollow zone.A systematic study of the interrelationship between the main physical and mechanical character-istics of the slurry was performed to reveal the influence of mineral admixture,additives,and gangue aggregate dosage on the physical and mechanical properties of high dosage gangue filling grouting ma-terials.The test results show that after the gangue admixture is raised to 100%,it not only increases the compressive strength at the age of 28 d,but also has no obvious deterioration effect on the other properties of the slurry.When 5%calcium carbide slag is added to the slurry mixed with gangue,there is no obvious gain effect on the performance of the slurry,but the slurry mixed with 5%water glass can further improve the strength of the hardened body.With the increase in the content of gyp-sum,the initial solidification time of the slurry is shortened,the flow degree and water precipitation rate decreased,and the compressive strength decreased.The 1%polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent obviously improves the flow degree of the slurry,but at the same time increases the water ab-sorption rate of the material,and a serious segregation phenomenon of the grouting material is also observed in the process of measuring the setting time.
