摘要

为了分析密级配沥青稳定碎石技术对失稳型车辙病害的处治方案与效果,基于某高速公路试验段,从原材料、级配、沥青用量、PE 掺量、改性类型等方面,分析密级配沥青稳定碎石方案,对实施效果进行跟踪评价.结果表明:①随着PE剂掺量的增大,混合料动稳定度增大,车辙深度减小,掺量超过 0.35%后,曲线变化趋势放缓,因此最优掺量为 0.35%;②高温性能排序为高模量沥青稳定碎石>SBS改性沥青稳定碎石>70 号沥青稳定碎石,且在 70℃极端温度下,高模量沥青稳定碎石的车辙深度相比 60℃仅增长 21.47%,表明其高温性能较为稳定;③从试验段运营一年后的车辙与平整度检测结果来看,密级配高模量沥青稳定碎石技术对失稳型车辙病害的处治效果良好.

Abstract

In order to analyze the treatment scheme and effect of dense-graded asphalt stabilized macad-am technology on unstable rutting disease,based on the test section of an expressway,the dense gra-ded asphalt stabilized macadam scheme was analyzed from the aspects of raw materials,gradation,as-phalt content,PE content and modification type,and the implementation effect was tracked and evalu-ated.The results show that:(1)With the increase of PE dosage,the dynamic stability of the mixture increases and the rutting depth decreases.When the dosage exceeds 0.35%,the curve change trend slows down,so the optimal dosage is 0.35%.(2)The descending order of high temperature perform-ance is high modulus asphalt stabilized crushed stone,SBS modified asphalt stabilized crushed stone,and 70#asphalt stabilized crushed stone.At the extreme temperature of 70℃,the rut depth of high modulus asphalt stabilized crushed stone is only 21.47%higher than that of 60℃,indicating that its high temperature performance is relatively stable.(3)From the test results of rutting and flatness af-ter one year of operation of the test section,it can be seen that the dense graded high modulus asphalt stabilized gravel technology has a good effect on the treatment of unstable rutting disease.
