抑烟沥青及沥青混合料性能研究

在碳达峰、碳中和大背景下,抑烟沥青及其性能评价已成为道路基建行业的研究热点.文中选取 2 种抑烟剂并设计其不同掺量的试验组,通过紫外分光光度法等前期试验对其抑烟效果进行评价,分析抑烟剂对沥青物理性能、流变性能、老化性能和存储稳定性的影响,并进一步对沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能和水稳定性能进行研究.综合考虑抑烟效果、沥青性能及沥青混合料性能,确定抑烟剂 A最佳掺量为 0.3%,抑烟剂B的最佳掺量为 1%.
Research on the Performance of Smoke Suppressing Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures
In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,smoke suppression asphalt and its performance evaluation have become a research hotspot in the road infrastructure industry.Two types of smoke suppressants were selected to design several sets of different dosages,and the smoke sup-pression effect was evaluated through preliminary experiments such as UV spectrophotometry.The influence of smoke suppressants on the physical properties,rheological properties,aging properties,and storage stability of asphalt was analyzed.Furthermore,the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,and water stability performance of asphalt mixtures were further studied.Taking into account the smoke suppression effect,asphalt performance,and asphalt mixture perform-ance,the optimal dosage of smoke suppressant A is determined to be 0.3%,and the optimal dosage of smoke suppressant B is determined to be 1%.This provides a reference for the practical application of new environmentally friendly smoke suppressant asphalt in the future.
