摘要

已有研究发现废塑料掺量在 6%以上时废塑料改性沥青会出现严重的离析问题,因此文中在 6%废塑料掺量前提下,探究废塑料改性沥青储存稳定性、分散性最优的制备参数(剪切时间、剪切速率、剪切温度).结果表明,制备参数无法改善废塑料改性沥青的热储存离析问题,但通过荧光显微镜试验发现,当剪切温度为 180℃、剪切速率为 4 500 r/min、剪切 2 h 时,能使废塑料改性沥青的分散性达到最佳状态.

Abstract

Through a large number of studies,it is found that the waste plastic modified asphalt will have serious segregation problems when the waste plastic content is above 6%.Therefore,the prepa-ration parameters,such as shear time,shear rate and shear temperature,were explored to optimize the storage stability and dispersion of the waste plastic modified asphalt under the premise of 6%waste plastic content.The results showed that the thermal storage segregation of waste plastic modi-fied asphalt could not be improved by the preparation parameters,but the fluorescence microscope test showed that the dispersibility of waste plastic modified asphalt could be optimized when the shear tem-perature was 180℃,the shear rate was 4 500 r/min,and the shear rate was 2 hours.
