摘要
为有效提升盾构隧道同步注浆惰性浆液的耐久性,文中采用室内试验的方法,分析不同水胶比、粉灰比、胶砂比,以及膨水比对惰性浆液体积收缩率和强度衰减率的影响规律,确定浆液耐久性的控制性影响因素.结果表明,①惰性浆液结石体耐久性随浆液结石体龄期的增长而逐渐变差,28 d浆液结石体体积收缩率和强度衰减率最大分别为 22%和 20.9%.②水胶比、粉灰比、膨水比对惰性浆液的耐久性影响较大,因此,考虑到惰性浆液耐久性对盾构隧道后期运维的影响,应适时调整浆液配合比.
Abstract
To effectively enhance the durability of synchronous grouting slurry,indoor testing methods were adopted to analyze the influence of different water-cement ratios,powder-ash ratios,cement-sand ratios,and expansive agent ratios on the volume shrinkage and strength attenuation rates of inert slurry,and to determine the controlling factors affecting slurry durability.The research findings indi-cate that:①The durability of inert slurry stone bodies gradually deteriorates with the increase of slur-ry stone age,with maximum volume shrinkage and strength attenuation rates of 22%and 20.9%,re-spectively,at 28 days.②Water-cement ratio,powder-ash ratio,and expansive agent ratio have signifi-cant impacts on the durability of inert slurry,therefore,considering the effect of inert slurry durability on the later operation of shield tunnels,it is necessary to adjust the slurry mix proportion in a timely manner.
