智能压实技术在石灰处治软土路基中的应用

智能压实技术具有实时、全面评估压实质量的优势,已广泛应用于道路的压实施工中,目前针对石灰处治土路基的应用研究较为缺乏.文中基于某沿海高速公路建设项目,开展石灰处治软土路基的智能压实现场试验,并对压实度和CBR值进行测定,分析智能压实指标Evib与压实度、CBR值的相关性,获得了压实度、CBR、Evib值随碾压遍数的变化规律.结果表明,Evib与压实度存在显著的相关性,相关系数为0.73,可以利用Evib云图快速识别路基压实的薄弱区域;对于石灰处治软土路基,虚铺30 cm的情况下,振动碾压2遍即可达到最佳压实效果.
Application of Intelligent Compaction Technology in Lime-treated Soft Soil Subgrade
Intelligent compaction technology has been widely applied in the compaction construction of roads due to its advantages in real-time and comprehensive assessment of compaction quality.Howev-er,research on its application to lime-treated soil subgrades is currently lacking.Based on a coastal highway construction project,intelligent compaction field experiments on lime-treated soft soil sub-grades were conducted and the compaction degree and CBR values were measured.The correlation be-tween the intelligent compaction index Evib and the compaction degree and CBR values was analyzed,obtaining the variation patterns of compaction degree,CBR,and Evib with the number of rolling pas-ses.The results indicate that there is a significant correlation between Evib and the compaction degree,with correlation coefficients of 0.73.Thus,the Evib contour maps can be used to rapidly identify weak areas in subgrade compaction.Specifically,for lime-treated soft soil subgrades with a loose paving depth of 30 cm,two passes of vibratory rolling are sufficient to achieve optimal compaction effects.
