Study on the Property and Microstructure of C30 Self-compacting Fine Stone Concrete
The construction of ultra-high thin-walled super large bridges has certain requirements for the performance of concrete.Based on the construction project of the main tower of a super large sus-pension bridge in Sichuan, the theory of dense packing was used to prepare C30 self-compacting fine aggregate concrete, and the properties and microstructure were studied. The results showed that with a 20%dosage of Grade Ⅱ fly ash,the slump was increased by 10.4%,but the 28 day compressive strength was decreased by 3.6%.The 28 day compressive strength of the CEA expansion agent with an 8%dosage was decreased by 14.1%compared to the control group without the addition of the ex-pansion agent, and the slump and expansion was decreased by 13.2%and 3.8%,respectively.At the same time, the SEM test results showed that the addition of 10%CEA expansion agent SCC resulted in excessive expansion and internal structure damage.
