预制梁外观质量缺陷形成机理及控制对策

为提升预制梁外观质量,对预制梁清水镜面混凝土出现的外观质量缺陷进行分类,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等微观试验手段观察水化产物差异,分析各类缺陷形成机理,从水泥水化产物及浇筑工艺等方面提出有效控制混凝土外观质量缺陷的改良措施.结果表明,水化产物、混凝土含气量及工作性能差异是造成预制梁各类外观质量缺陷的主要原因,提出数字化、智能化混凝土原材料、施工工艺控制对策,使不合格外观质量预制梁数量减少72.7%,优秀和良好外观质量预制梁数量增加62.5%,有效提升预制梁的外观质量,实现高品质工程的建设目标.
Research on the Causes of Appearance Quality Defects and Control Countermeasures for Precast Girder
In order to improve the appearance quality of the precast box girder,the appearance quality defects of prefabricated box girder with clear mirror concrete were classified,the differences of hydra-tion products were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)and other microscopic test methods,the formation mechanism of various defects was analyzed,and im-provement measures to effectively control the appearance quality defects of concrete were proposed from the aspects of cement hydration products and pouring process,etc.The results show that the differences of hydration products,concrete gas content and working performance are the main causes of various appearance quality defects of precast box girder.The digital and intelligent concrete raw materials and construction technology control measures are put forward to reduce the number of pre-cast box girder with unqualified appearance quality by 72.7%,and increase the number of precast box girder with excellent and good appearance quality by 62.5%,effectively improving the appearance quality of precast box girder and achieving the goal of high quality project construction.
