Strength Analysis and Performance Prediction Model for Double-mixed Rubber Granule-recycled Aggregate Self-compacting Concrete
Taking self-compacting concrete as the research object, physical and mechanical experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different aggregate replacement rates of rubber particles and recycled aggregates on both the physical and mechanical characteristics of self-compacting con-crete.The findings indicate that the incorporation of rubber particles and recycled aggregates can de-crease slump and improve separation resistance, but the density of the specimens is reduced.Moreo-ver,as the proportion of rubber particles and recycled aggregates increases, the compressive strength, split compressive strength, and flexural strength of the self-compacting concrete decrease to varying extents. There is a notable correlation between the mechanical strengths of self-compacting concrete incorporating double-mixed rubber particles and recycled aggregates. The proposed prediction model demonstrates efficiency in predicting specimen performance.
