基于车载振动解析的沥青路面表面开裂识别研究

沥青路面表面开裂状况影响路面结构服役寿命,实现对路面开裂的快速、准确识别对于养护干预工作具有重要意义.车辆振动方法因具备快速、低成本、实时反馈的优点而逐渐兴起.文中基于自主研发的车辆多点振动测试系统,将现场试验收集到的振动信号样本分为路面开裂和其他干扰项两类并探索它们的特征与区别,开展时域分析、响应时间分析,以及概率密度分析.研究发现响应时间与概率密度峰值可有效区分路面开裂病害和干扰项.
Identification of Asphalt Pavement Surface Cracking Based on Vehicle Vibration Analysis
The surface cracking condition of asphalt pavement affects the service life of pavement struc-ture.It is very important for the maintenance intervention to realize the rapid and accurate identifica-tion of pavement cracking.Vehicle vibration-based method is emerging with the advantages of fast,low cost and real-time feedback.Based on the independently developed multi-point vehicle vibration testing system,the vibration signal samples collected from on-site experiments were divided into two sets,pavement cracking and distraction objects.Time domain analysis,response time analysis,and probability density analysis were carried out to conclude their features and difference.It can be seen that the response time and probability density peak can effectively distinguish between pavement dis-tress and distraction objects.The research results can be used for the identification of asphalt pave-ment cracking.
