高原地区用高弹改性沥青碎石封层性能研究

Research on Performance of High-elasticity Modified Asphalt Chip Seal for Plateau Regions

为解决高原地区沥青路表功能性快速衰退问题,以掺入纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的高弹改性沥青为基础设计了一种碎石封层(MHEA碎石封层),并结合室内试验对MHEA碎石封层的路用性能进行评价.结果表明,纳米TiO2可有效减缓紫外线老化后高弹改性沥青针入度和拉升强度的衰减,进而提升沥青的抗紫外线老化性能.同时,MHEA碎石封层表现出优良的抗滑性能、密水性能、碎石-沥青间低温黏结性能和抗紫外线老化性能,在高原地区具有一定的应用和推广价值.
In order to solve the rapid performance degradation of asphalt pavement in plateau regions,a chip seal was designed based on the modified high-elasticity asphalt mixed with nano-TiO2 powders(MHEA chip seal),and the pavement performances of MHEA chip seal were evaluated through labo-ratory experiments.The results show that the addition of nano-TiO2 can effectively delay the attenua-tion of penetration and tensile strength of modified high-elasticity asphalt after UV aging,thereby en-hancing the anti UV aging performance of asphalt.Meanwhile,MHEA chip seal exhibits excellent an-ti-slide performance,waterproofness,low-temperature bonding performance between crushed stone and asphalt and UV-aging resistance,which is potential for application in plateau regions.
