基于探地雷达的沥青面层压实质量应用研究

为研究沥青面层压实质量的评估方法,基于探地雷达技术连续采集SMA-13沥青上面层介电常数以获取压实参数,以压实度区间和变异系数评价压实程度和均匀性.通过分析环境湿度对雷达检测精度的影响,采用数据稳定性修正降低异常值的影响,并引入芯样校准法提升压实度预估值的准确性.工程实例验证表明,探地雷达技术能有效评估沥青面层压实质量,无人设备碾压在压实均匀性方面表现更佳,变异系数更低;压实度在施工的起始和终点位置存在一定不足,且不同车道间的压实均匀性差异表现明显,与现场实际情况吻合.
Application Research on Asphalt Layer Compaction Quality Based on Ground Penetrating Radar
Aiming to study the assessment method of asphalt surface layer compaction quality,the compaction parameters were obtained by continuously collecting the dielectric constant of the asphalt top layer of SMA-13 based on ground penetrating radar technology,and the compaction interval and coefficient of variation were used as the evaluation indexes of the compaction degree and homogeneity.By analyzing the influence of environmental humidity on radar detection accuracy,the influence of out-liers was reduced through data stability correction,and the core sample calibration method was intro-duced to improve the accuracy of compaction degree prediction.The analysis of engineering examples shows that the ground penetrating radar technology can effectively evaluate the compaction quality of asphalt surface layer,and the unmanned equipment milling performs better in compaction uniformity,with a lower coefficient of variation.The compaction degree has certain deficiencies in the beginning and end positions of construction,and the compaction uniformity between different lanes shows obvi-ous differences,consistent with the actual conditions on site.
