Structural Desigh of Research on Single Piece Prefabricated Steel Concrete Composite Beam
The overall prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam is a method of prefabricating con-crete bridge deck panels, shear studs, and steel main beams on site and then hoisting them onto the bridge(similar to prefabricated T-beams).Compared to segmented prefabricated steel-concrete com-posite beams,it has the advantages of more reasonable structural stress, less steel consumption, and faster construction speed.A simulation study on the structure of a single piece prefabricated steel-con-crete composite beam was conducted, and prefabricating the end crossbeam and main beam simultane-ously was proposed to solve the lateral stability problem during construction.A study was conducted on concrete cracks in the negative bending moment zone of the support point, and a dual support scheme was proposed to reduce the stress on the concrete bridge deck at the support point, reducing the need to replace temporary supports and facilitating rapid construction.
