Numerical Analysis of Key Parameters of Grouting Materials with Mold
To accurately analyze the reinforcement effect of mold grouting material parameters on vault voids in tunnel linings,a numerical model of the tunnel was established considering the bonding strength between the grouting layer and the concrete layer.Three key parameters of grouting layer thickness,material strength and bond strength were analyzed.The results show that mold grouting can effectively improve the stress conditions of the lining and reduce vault settlement.Higher material strength results in better effects,but the efficiency of improvement decreases.When the bonding strength is good but the material strength is insufficient,the effect improves with increased material strength and reduced layer thickness.In addition,the thickness of the grouting layer has minimal im-pact on the lining's stress conditions with appropriate material strength.
