摘要
文中对以往的骨骼标本制作方法进行了改进。制作过程除去了二甲苯或汽油的使用，更加安全，适合学生利用课余时间独立完成动物骨骼标本的制作。其作为兴趣实验开出，既锻炼了学生的动手能力，又能让学生在实践中熟悉实验动物的骨骼系统，帮助他们更好地理解理论知识，加强理论与实践的结合。
Abstract
In this paper,the method of making animal specimens of bone is improved.The production process to remove the use of xy-lene or gasoline is more secure,which is suitable for students use their spare time to complete specimen of animal bones.This work ex-ercises students’beginning ability and practice ability.Simultaneously,students are familiar with the skeletal system of experimental animals,which can help them to better understand the theoretical knowledge and strengthen the combination of theory and practice.
