摘要

利用高压液体进样阀-气相色谱仪,结合镍转化炉,建立了一种测定异戊烷中微量CO和CO2含量的分析方法,考察了方法的精密度、回收率以及最低检测限,并对实际异戊烷样品中CO、CO2的含量进行分析.定量分析结果表明,标样组分的回收率为98.0%,重复3次测定的相对标准偏差小于3%.CO、CO2的最低检测限分别为0.13 μL/L和0.26 μL/L,该方法完全可以满足全密度聚乙烯工艺对异戊烷中微量CO、CO2的质量监控要求.

Abstract

A method for the analysis of trace CO and CO2 was established by high-pressure liquid injector-gas chromatograph combined with nickel conversion furnace.The precision,recoveries and minimum detection limits of the method were investigated,and the content of CO and CO2 in the actual samples was analyzed.The results showed that the recovery of CO and CO2 in the standard sample was 98.0%,and the relative standard deviations of the three replicates were less than 3%.The minimum detection limits of CO and CO2 are 0.13 μL/L and 0.26 μL/L,respectively,which can completely meet the quality control requirements of CO and CO2 in isopentane in full-density polyethylene process.
