数据要素投入水平对农业国内大循环的贡献研究

数据要素作为新型生产要素推动农业发展已成为大势所趋.根据2020年我国31个省份的截面数据,构建农业数据要素投入综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法分别就生产、分配、流通、消费环节的数据要素投入进行评价;利用生产函数模型就农业生产、分配、流通、消费环节对GDP的贡献进行分析,其中运用岭回归解决变量多重共线性问题;采用模糊综合评价法就农业数据要素投入水平对农业国内大循环的贡献进行分析.研究发现:东部、中部、西部地区在农业数据要素投入水平上存在差异;东部、中部、西部地区内部农业国内大循环畅通阶段存在差异,畅通水平发展不均衡;研究区域农业数据要素投入对生产、分配、流通、消费环节的贡献水平存在明显差异.根据研究结论,提出因地制宜发挥优势,加快畅通农业国内大循环;重视分配环节发展,推进数据要素投入应用;协调东中西发展,促进地域合作发展等建议.
Research on the Contribution of Data Element Input Level to the Domestic Circulation in Agriculture
The utilization of data elements as a new production factor to drive agricultural development has become a major trend.Based on cross-sectional data from 31 provinces in China in 2020,this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for data element inputs in agriculture,and data element input level in production,distribution,circulation,and consumption stages is caculated with the entropy method;the contributions of data element inputs in each stage of agriculture to GDP growth are analyzed based on the production function model and ridge regression is applied to address potential issues of multicollinearity,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the contribution of data element inputs to the domestic agricultural circulation.The study found that there are regional differences in the levels of data element inputs and the smoothness of the domestic circulation in agriculture,and the contributions of data element inputs to stages of agriculture also exhibit significant differences.Based on the above conclusions,the study proposes the following suggestions:accelerating the smoothness of the domestic circulation in agriculture base on specilized advantages;prioritize the development of the agricultural distribution stage to promote the application of data element inputs;coordinate development of different region and implement regional cooperation for overall development.
