The Construction and Practice Path of Labor Education Content in Higher Education Institutions in the New Era
Labor education is an effective way for higher education institutions to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and also an important way to promote the comprehensive development of college students.Currently,there is a widespread problem of misplaced labor values and lack of labor education among college students,and it is urgent to research and explore labor education models and practical paths that are in line with the characteristics of the times.Higher education institutions need to re-examine the intrinsic value of labor spirit,combine theory with practice,and construct a labor education content system from cultivating a"task oriented,spiritual infiltration"labor spirit,strengthening labor skills of"integrating knowledge and action,hands-on and brainpower",and promoting labor practice of"facing society,linkage and sharing".To explore practical and effective paths for labor education,colleges and universities should establish a distinctive labor curriculum system to strengthen awareness of"curriculum labor education",adhere to the principle of"using both hands and brain"to promote college students to participate in social production work;Strengthen cooperation between families and schools to establish a joint mechanism for labor education.
