As the cornerstone of rural revitalization,rural industry development relies on the convoy of'good governance'at the grassroots level.Based on the connotation and significance of'good governance',this study employs typical cases to interpret the practical paths of'good governance'at the grassroots level in solving the dilemmas of rural industry development through basic element supply,technology linkage,and marketization.It is believed that the concepts of'good governance'such as flexibility,refinement and diversification should be practiced to realize the effective provision of basic elements,the linkage of key technologies and the market-oriented integration,so as to promote the high-quality development of rural industries.
