The effectiveness of education lies on teachers,and furthermore lies on teachers'ethics.The report of the 20th Party Congress clearly states that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality and to cultivate high-quality teaching staff.Colleges and universities are the main places for establishing teachers'morality.Promoting the construction of teachers'morality in colleges and universities with high quality,is a strategic,fundamental and soul-casting project,which is related to the full implementation of the Party's education policy.Strengthening the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities and leading the construction of teachers'morality and ethics with party building work is the most important thing to keep the socialist direction of running schools and running a good education to the satisfaction of the people.Starting from the epochal implication of the integration of grass-roots party building into the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in colleges and universities,basing on the pressing issues that universities should overcome at this stage,this study explores the integration paths of"unifying","guiding","interactive"and"collaborative"to promote the integration and synergistic development of grass-roots party building and the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in colleges and universities.In line with the requirements of the times,the study proposes to create high-quality teaching staff,guide college teachers always be good examples for young college students.
