摘要
实现文化治理现代化是推进中国式现代化的重要组成部分,具有总体性特征,蕴含深刻的理论内涵与鲜明的实践指向,必须要对其治理目标、内容、主体、方式予以把握,尤其要注重把握治理目标常态化、治理主体多元化、治理内容丰富化、治理方式精准化等特质.进一步推进文化治理现代化,必须坚持物质生活与精神生活共同富裕相统一、坚持党的领导地位与人民主体地位相统一、坚持弘扬传统文化与现代文化治理相统一、坚持树立文化规范与发挥善治功能相统一,从而全面提升文化治理现代化的针对性和实效性.
Abstract
Realizing the modernization of cultural governance is an important part of promoting Chinese-style modernization,which has overall characteristics,contains profound theoretical connotations and distinct practical directions.Therefor it is necessary to grasp its governance objectives,contents,subjects and methods.Special attention should be paid to the normalization of governance objectives,diversification of governance subjects,richness of governance contents,precision of governance methods and so on.To further promote the modernization of cultural governance,we must adhere to the unity of the common prosperity of material life and spiritual life,the unity of CPC's leading position and the dominant position of the people,the unity of carrying forward traditional culture and modern cultural governance,and the unity of establishing cultural norms and giving full play to the function of good governance,so as to comprehensively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the modernization of cultural governance.
