Research on Promoting Cultivation of Financial Applied Talents in Agricultural Universities Through Integration of Competition and Teaching——Taking"Securities Investment Course"As an Example
With the rapid changes in technology and environment in the financial field,the securities investment industry has also undergone profound changes.The securities investment industry is in urgent need of applied talents with strong theoretical foundation and strong practical ability.The in-depth integration of securities investment professional competitions and college securities investment courses is an effective means of combining theory and practice to seamlessly meet the needs of the securities industry.At present,there are some problems in the securities investment courses of agricultural universities,such as inadequate curriculum design,teachers'lack of practical experience,outdated teaching conditions and facilities,single teaching methods and assessment models,and absence of agricultural characteristics.This paper explores the path of integrating professional competition and teaching from the perspective of the four basic links of"teaching,learning,training,and examination".Based on the practical results of teaching reform related to the"Securities Investment"course in Shenyang Agricultural University,it is believed that the integration of competition and teaching is beneficial for college students to establish a rational investment concept,improve risk management ability,enhance comprehensive financial literacy,and strengthen their self-learning ability.
