The development of digital economy is of great significance to the steady realization of common prosperity.Enabling farmers to achieve common prosperity in rural areas with digital economy will open a new path for the realization of high-quality rural revitalization and common prosperity of all people.Empowering farmers to achieve common prosperity with digital economy can effectively promote the quality and efficiency of rural industry,cultivate digital farmers,improve the level of rural basic public services,and build a livable countryside.However,at present,the digital economy still has some practical challenges in empowering farmers'common prosperity in rural areas,such as the technical level needs to be improved,the digital gap still exists,the supervision and management need to be strengthened,and the supply of related talents is insufficient.In this regard,it is proposed to accelerate the research and development of technological innovation,focus on narrowing the digital divide,strengthen supervision and governance,and strengthen the supply of talents.
