Construction of Top-notch Innovative Talents Training Mode in Economics and Management in Local Agricultural Universities——A Study Based on Grounded Theory Method
Under the background of the new agricultural science,rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction,it is particularly important for local agricultural universities to cultivate top innovative talents to serve rural revitalization.Starting from practical needs,this study employs a procedural grounded theory method to explore a cultivation mode suitable for top innovative talents in economics and management in local agricultural universities under the background of new agricultural science construction.Firstly,a systematic three-stage coding analysis of interview texts and original case materials is carried out using NVivo11 qualitative data analysis software and manual coding to extract concepts and induce initial categories.Secondly,based on the main categories,the core categories are refined,and the logical relationships between each category are further sorted out.Finally,after theoretical saturation analysis,a cultivation mode for top innovative talents in economics and management with strong explanatory power in local agricultural universities is constructed.To cultivate top innovative talents for economics and management in local agricultural universities,it is necessary to clarify the goals of innovative talent cultivation,scientifically design the training system,innovate the management system and organizational model,continuously reform teaching research,and improve a strong support mechanism and incentive system.
