Research on the New Paradigm of Cultivating Practical and Innovative Ability for Students Majoring in Agricultural Engineering——Taking the Major of Agricultural Mechanization and Automation of Shenyang Agricultural University as an Example
Practical and innovative ability is not only a requirement of society and industry for talents in the background of new engineering but also the main task of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.On the basis of clarifying the problems existing in the cultivation process of agricultural mechanization and automation major in Shenyang Agricultural University,the practical and feasible training mode of practical innovation ability is actively explored,and a new paradigm of"result-oriented and student-centered"practical innovation ability training is proposed.Specifically,it includes a new system of practical teaching in and out of class with"social demand as the guidance and ability output as the goal,"a new practical teaching model of"two innovations and three applications"integrated with credit requirements,and a new interactive teacher-student relationship with student-centered.Through years of implementation,good results have been achieved.This Paradigm lays the foundation for the high-quality cultivation of agricultural engineering talents and provides an effective path for the construction of talent training system in local agricultural colleges and universities.
