Under the background of the Healthy China strategy for improving the national health level,physical education and teaching in colleges and universities plays more and more important role and acts as the main links to realize this strategy.Therefore,physical education should be deeply improved towards functionality,innovation,richness and process in terms of teaching objectives,teaching mode,teaching content and teaching evaluation.In view of the main problems existing in the current physical education teaching in colleges and universities,guided by Healthy China,it is necessary to update the teaching concept,innovate the teaching mode,strengthen the organizational linkage,and adjust the evaluation system,achieving the teaching practice that is compatible with the strategy of Healthy China and help the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China.
