Value and Path Exploring of Integrating Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought into the Teaching of Ideological and Political Course in Colleges and Universities
Xi Jinping's Culture Thought,with its comprehensive system and rich connotations,serves as a valuable resource for ideological and political education(IPE)in colleges and universities.Integrating Xi Jinping's Culture Thought into IPE not only helps consolidate the cultural foundation of national security and fulfill the core mission of cultivating talent with virtue in higher education,but also facilitates the reform and innovation of IPE and the comprehensive development of college students'qualities and abilities.Integrating Xi Jinping's Culture Thought into IPE should follow the four"unities"as basic principles,and also need to clarify the triple logic of the formation and development of Xi Jinping's Culture Thought,which is a crucial prerequisite and an important foundation for such integration.Furthermore,as an integration target,ideological and political education should include all six ideological and political courses offered for college students.To ensure the quality of integrating Xi Jinping's Culture Thought into IPE in colleges and universities,the first step is to carry out top-down design to coordinate and plan at the macro level;the second step is to strengthen the team of ideological and political education teachers and build a high-level"master talent"team;the final step is to embrace reform and innovation to advance IPE in keeping with the times.
