银屑病共病诊治进展

摘要
银屑病是一种伴有免疫系统异常的皮肤疾病.银屑病治疗进入生物制剂时代,对其认识也不仅停留于皮肤,更多脏器、系统、心理等相关疾病谱与银屑病之间的联系也被发现.随着研究深入,在银屑病共病的预防、筛查、治疗中也更具有指向性,对皮肤科医师来说,还应早期识别共病.因此,临床中对于涉及多系统疾病的银屑病患者,应进行全面的评估,以制定有效的治疗方案,达到除皮损外的全面综合治疗,以改善长期结局.
Abstract
Psoriasis is a skin disease accompanied by immune system abnormalities.The treatment of psoriasis has entered the era of biologics,and our understanding of it has expanded beyond the skin.Connections between psoriasis and various organs,systems,and psychological aspects,as well as other related disease profiles,have been identified.As research progresses,there is a more targeted approach to the prevention,screening,and treatment of psoriasis comorbidities.Dermatologists should proactively identify comorbidities early in clinical practice.For patients with psoriasis involving multi-system diseases,a comprehensive assessment should be conducted to develop an effective treatment plan.This approach aims to achieve comprehensive treatment beyond addressing skin lesions,with the goal of improving long-term outcomes.
