微针疗法治疗痤疮的研究进展

微针疗法利用微细针状器械穿刺皮肤形成微损伤,诱导胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白合成,并促进功效性成分透皮吸收,从而修复皮肤损伤和重塑皮肤组织,射频微针叠加射频能量甚至可破坏皮脂腺并减少皮脂分泌.因此,微针疗法治疗痤疮、瘢痕、黄褐斑和皮肤老化等皮肤问题时,具有疼痛轻、损伤小、恢复快且易操作等临床应用优势.近年来微针疗法被广泛用于痤疮治疗,其单一治疗或与药物及其他治疗技术如激光、化学剥脱术等联合治疗均可有效改善痤疮皮损,且可减少不良反应发生.兹系统综述微针疗法治疗痤疮的研究进展,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考.
Research progress of microneedling for acne treatment
Microneedling(MN)creates microinjuries using fine needles to puncture the skin,which can enhance transdermal drug delivery and promote the production of collagen and elastin,thereby facilitating the repair of skin injuries and the rejuvenation of skin tissues.Microneedling radiofrequency can even destroy sebaceous glands to reduce sebum secretion through radiofrequency energy.Therefore,microneedling has been used to treat skin diseases such as acne,scars,melasma and skin aging,with advantages of minimal pain,little damage,rapid recovery and simple procedure.In recent years,microneedling has been widely used in the treatment of acne.Whether used alone or in conjunction with medications or other techniques like lasers and chemical peels,microneedling has proven effective in improving acne lesions while minimizing adverse effects.This article systematically summarizes the research progress of microneedling for acne treatment,and provides a reference for clinical selection of treatment protocols.
