李领娥教授治疗寻常性银屑病的经验探微

摘要
李领娥教授在治疗寻常性银屑病过程中,提出湿热为银屑病主要病理因素之一,是本病发生、发展不可忽视的致病因素.治疗上以祛湿与凉血并举,临床上选用龙胆泻肝汤为基础方,随证加减.介绍李领娥教授治疗寻常性银屑病的用药经验,并举医案验证,以期提高中医药辨治寻常性银屑病的疗效.
Abstract
In the course of treating psoriasis vulgaris,professor Li Ling'e proposed that dampness-heat is one of the main pathological factors of psoriasis,which cannot be ignored in the occurrence and development of this disease.In terms of treatment,dampness removal and blood cooling should be carried out at the same time.Clinically,longdan xiegan decoction is used as the basic prescription,which is modified according to symptoms.This article introduces professor Li Ling'e's experience in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and provides a clinical medical case for verification.Please correct any inadequacies.
