摘要
目的 探讨基于"五维共育"课程思政创新理念的多模式教学措施在军医院校《皮肤性病学》本科课程教学中的应用效果.方法 通过凝练"五维共育"的课程思政理念,即为军为战、行风行纪、中国力量、传统文化、科学精神等要素,结合课前微课导入、课中场景模拟、课后小组讨论等多种教学方法,旨在实现价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养"三位一体"的人才培养目标.结果 实践"五维共育"的课程思政创新理念,完善教研室的课程思政案例库资源,显著提高了教学质量、学员满意度和教员团队综合能力.结论《皮肤性病学》"五维共育"课程思政创新具有良好的思政教学效果,符合新时代军医院校的育人特色,值得向各大医学院校、尤其是军医院校推广.
Abstract
Objective This study investigated the effectiveness of implementing the"five-dimensional co-education"curriculum ideology in an undergraduate dermatology course at military medical universities.Methods This study integrated various teaching methods,such as micro-lectures,scenario simulations,and group discussions,to achieve character development,knowledge transmission,and skill cultivation.Results The practical implementation of this curriculum significantly improved teaching quality,student satisfaction,and the overall capabilities of the teaching staff.Conclusion The"five-dimensional co-education"curriculum has a positive impact on ideological and political education and is well-suited for military medical universities in the new era,recommending its adoption in medical schools,especially in military medical universities.
