摘要
总结5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗1例下眼睑基底细胞癌(BCC)的护理体会.针对患者面部BCC特殊部位的皮损,全面提供术前术后的护理技术,在预处理与封包时,坚持药物能够充分覆盖与利用的原则,并加强疼痛护理、心理护理、照光护理、皮肤护理、健康宣教等全方位护理措施,改善患者焦虑状态,提高配合度及恢复健康信心,减少不良反应的发生,美容效果较好.
Abstract
In this study,we provide a comprehensive overview of the nursing experience in utilizing 5-aminolevulinic acid-mediated photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)for treating a case of basal cell carcinoma(BCC)located on the lower eyelid.Considering the skin lesions on specific facial areas of the patient,the comprehensive nursing measures were implemented.For the pretreatment and encapsulation of skin lesions,we adhered to the principle that drugs could be utilized more fully.Furthermore,it is imperative to enhance pain management,psychological support,nursing during photodynamic therapy,skincare after treatment,and health education as integral components of comprehensive nursing measures.These nursing measures could relieve patients'anxiety,promote patient compliance,facilitate the restoration of health confidence,mitigate the occurrence of adverse reactions,and result in better aesthetic outcomes.
