摘要
报道2例匐行型斑秃患者,例1为23岁女性患者,脱发2年余;例2为41岁女性患者,脱发3个月.皮肤科情况:2例均表现为两额角发际线后移,前发际线、后发际线及两耳部可见脱发区,拉发试验阳性.皮肤镜检查:可见黄点征、断发、毳毛.诊断:匐行型斑秃.例1予复方甘草酸苷片口服,米诺地尔酊、复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏外用治疗,目前失访.例2予复方甘草酸苷片、白芍总苷胶囊、琥珀酸亚铁片口服,米诺地尔酊、复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏外用治疗3个月后好转.
Abstract
Patient 1,a 23-year-old female,had alopecia for more than 2 years.Patient 2,a 41-year-old female,had alopecia for 3 months.The physical examination of both cases showed the frontal hairline moved backward,and the alopecia area could be seen in the middle of the anterior hairline,the posterior hairline and both temporal regions.The hair pull test of both patients was positive.Broken hairs,vellus hair and yellow dots could be observed under the dermoscope.Ophiasis alopecia areata was diagnosed.Patient 1 received treatments of compound glycyrrhizin tablets,minoxidil tincture and compound clobetasol propionate ointment but was lost to follow-up.Patient 2's condition improved after treating with total glucosides of white paeony capsules,ferrous succinate tablets,minoxidil tincture and compound clobetasol propionate ointment for 3 months.
