Standardized training for residents is part of China's national health policy aimed at training qualified doctors..At present,a standardized training system for dermatology residents has been established in China,but there are still some problems in the specific training process.Dermatopathology education presents a deficiency in the existing standardized training program for dermatology residents,characterized by inadequate instructional capacity and overly simplistic pedagogical approaches.This article summarized the focal issues in dermatopathology education within the standardized training program for dermatology residents.Additionally,this article also presented the teaching experiences of the Department of Dermatology at Xijing Hospital.
