A 58-year-old female presented with a nodule on her right labia majora for 3 years.The patient had no history of systemic disease.The histopathology revealed that the dermis contains a well-defined,circumscribed non-encapsulated nodule consisting of numerous collagen fiber bundles that exhibit prominent clefts and were arranged in a storiform pattern.The patient was diagnosed with storiform collagenoma based on the combination of clinical manifestations and pathology.
