摘要
白癜风是临床中常见的一种与免疫功能、氧化应激、遗传等多种因素相关的难治性色素脱失性皮肤病.边天羽教授认为白癜风发病多由风、热、寒、湿、瘀血、肝郁、肾虚等多种致病因素导致肌肤失养而致白斑,在临床中将白癜风分为血虚风燥证、湿热瘀阻证、肝郁气滞证、寒凝血瘀证、肾虚血瘀证,结合西医治疗,配合增色散等中医外用药及划耳、火针等中医适宜技术,临床效果显著.
Abstract
Vitiligo is a common refractory diseases,manifesting as depigmentation of the skin,which is associated with immune function,oxidative stress,heredity and other factors.According to Prof.Bian,a variety of pathogenic factors result in vitiligo,including wind,heat,cold,dampness,blood stasis,liver depression,kidney deficiency and other factors.Vitiligo can be further divided into syndrome of wind-dryness due to blood deficiency,syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat,syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation,syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis,and syndrome of kidney asthenia and blood stasis.The combination therapy of of traditional Chinese medicine,including color-enhancing powders and fire needling,with western medicine has been shown to significantly enhance the treatment outcomes for vitiligo.
