The patient,a 4-year-old boy, presented with linear macules on the left upper limb and hand for 6 months.Reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)examination revealed well-defined,low reflectance elevations with dyskeratotic cells visible within, intact pigment rings in the basal layer.Additionally, focal melanophage and inflammatory cell infiltration within the dermal papilla were observed.Dermoscopy showed multiple brown skin lesions with raised edges,double-track signs, and central keratin plugs.Histopathological examination demonstrated epidermal hyperkeratosis with focal dyskeratosis, mild infiltration of melanophages and lymphocytes in the superficial dermis, and visible dyskeratotic columns with thinning of the spinous layer below.Based on RCM,dermoscopy, and histopathological findings, the patient was diagnosised as linear porokeratosis.
