摘要
维生素D受体(VDR)在人体各组织细胞中均有表达,其基因具有单核苷酸多态性,VDR基因多态性会使VDR结构和活性产生较大变异,进而影响VDR对免疫功能的调节.近年来有关VDR基因多态性对皮肤病影响的研究逐渐增多.该文就VDR基因多态性在银屑病、白癜风、系统性红斑狼疮、特应性皮炎、斑秃、系统性硬皮病等多种皮肤病中的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
The vitamin D receptor(VDR)is expressed in various tissues and cells throughout the human body,and its gene exhibits single nucleotide polymorphisms.VDR gene polymorphisms can lead to significant variations in the structure and activity of the VDR,thereby affecting its role in regulating immune functions.In recent years,research on the impact of VDR gene polymorphisms on skin diseases has increased.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the advancements made in comprehending the significance of VDR gene polymorphisms in diverse dermatological conditions,encompassing psoriasis,vitiligo,systemic lupus erythematosus,atopic dermatitis,alopecia areata,and systemic sclerosis.
