A 32-year-old male patient presented with a 6-month history of a nodule on the right heel.Dermatological examination revealed a violaceous nodule, approximately 1.5 cm in diameter, with firm consistency and no tenderness.Histopathological examination showed that the lesion was composed of irregular sponge-like vascular spaces and solid bundles of spindle-shaped cells.Immunohistochemical staining showed positive expression of CD31 and ERG in both the spindle cells within the solid bundles and the lining cells of the vascular spaces. The diagnosis was made as spindle cell hemangioma. No recurrence was found in the follow-up after complete surgical resection.
