Advancement in cutaneous adverse reactions to certain targeted anti-tumor drugs
With the continuous advancement in the development of targeted anti-tumor drugs,an increasing number of targeted drugs have been introduced into clinical practice.Due to their high specificity, proven efficacy, and favorable patient tolerance, these drugs have been extensively used in the treatment of malignant tumors. However, the utilization of these drugs has also resulted in a variety of adverse reactions, with skin-related adverse reactions being the most prevalent.Common cutaneous adverse reactions encompass pruritus, dryness, acneiform eruptions,urticaria,paronychia,hand-foot syndrome, oral mucositis, and viral warts. The cutaneous adverse reactions induced by anticancer targeted drugs not only impair the patient's quality of life but also impact adherence to tumor treatment regimens.Consequently, comprehending the cutaneous adverse reactions of targeted anti-tumor drugs and their management is essential for the effective treatment of tumor patients.
