摘要

目的 通过对动脉粥样硬化(AS)胞葬相关英文文献进行计量及可视化分析,探索该领域研究现状、热点及动态前沿.方法 以Web of Science数据库中的核心合集为数据源,对建库至2022年12月1日收录的AS胞葬相关文献进行可视化法分析,借助VOSviewer对国家/地区、机构、期刊、作者分布进行分析,借助CiteSpace 6.1.R4软件绘制关键词可视化图谱.结果 纳入258篇SCI文章,发文量呈逐年增加趋势.高产作者TABAS I A发文数量及被引次数均最多,高产国家包括美国、中国、德国等.收录AS胞葬相关SCI文献质量均较高(JCR分区 Q1、Q2),其中《Arteriosclerosis Thrombosis And Vascular Biology》杂志收录最多."apoptotic cell""activation""expression"是重要的关键词,"macrophage""NLRP3 inflammasome""inflammation resolution"等是近 3 年的突变词.结论 本领域研究热点包括凋亡细胞、炎症、激活、巨噬细胞、吞噬作用等,预测未来将围绕AS胞葬的机制、巨噬细胞、AS的治疗策略继续深入研究.

Abstract

Objective To explore the current status,hot spots and dynamic frontiers of research in the field of athero-sclerosis(AS)through metric and visualization analysis of the English literature related to AS efferocytosis.Methods Using the core collection in Web of Science database as the data source,we analyzed the literature related to AS efferocy-tosis from the year of library construction to December 1,2022 by visualization method,analyzed the distribution of coun-tries/regions,institutions,journals and authors with the help of VOSviewer,and drew the keyword visualization map with the help of CiteSpace 6.1.R4 software.Results A total of 258 SCI articles were included,and the number of publica-tions showed an increasing trend year by year.High-producing authors Tabas,I A.had the highest number of articles and citations,and the high-producing countries included the United States,China,and Germany,etc.The quality of SCI literature related to AS efferocytosis were high(JCR partition Q1 and Q2),among which the journal"Arteriosclerosis Thrombosis And Vascular Biology"contained the most."Apoptotic cell","activation","expression"were important keywords."Macrophage","NLRP3 inflammasome"and"inflammation resolution"were the mutation words in the last three years.Conclusion The hotspots of research in this field include apoptotic cells,inflammation,activation,macro-phages,phagocytosis,etc.It is predicted that the mechanism of AS efferocytosis,macrophages,and AS treatment strate-gies will continue to be studied in depth in the future.
