To summarize the nursing experience of silver sulfadiazine for a patient with exposure of an intravenous infusion port.The treatment process included:preoperative nursing(clarifying the position and integrity of the infusion port tip,infusion port nursing);Postoperative care(silver sulfadiazine cream to promote wound healing and prevent infection);Patients'diet and psychological care;Discharge guidance,cause analysis of port exposure,etc.After 3 weeks of nursing and treatment,the patient's old and new wounds healed completely,and the patient's venous access port was successful-ly retained.
