某公司两套乙烯装置均通过甲烷化工艺除去粗氢中少量的CO,不同之处是两套装置分别采用高、低温甲烷化技术路线.该文重点对两种工艺路线的运行情况进行概述和比较,对比发现两者运行指标均良好,但使用低温甲烷化工艺,装置运行能耗更低,装置运行也更加平稳、安全.
Comparative Analysis of Operation of Methanation Process in Ethylene Plant
A small amount of CO is removed from crude hydrogen by methanation of both ethylene units in a company.The difference is that high and low temperature technical route of methanation is used respectively.This paper focuses on the overview and comparison of the operation of the two process routes.The comparison shows that the operation indicators of both processes are running well,but using low temperature methanation process contributes lower energy consumption and smoother and safer operation of the unit.
