大比例增产航煤兼产优质尾油加氢裂化技术的开发与应用

为满足重点地区航煤不足、炼油装置向化工转型等问题,推出新一代加氢裂化催化剂RHC-131和加氢裂化精制段催化剂RN-410;基于新催化剂和系统性工艺研究,成功开发了大比例增产航煤兼产优质尾油加氢裂化技术.该技术在某企业200万吨/年高压加氢裂化装置的应用结果表明,采用该技术可大幅度提高喷气燃料收率,降低尾油BMCI值;通过馏分切割的变化还可以切换成多产柴油模式,以适应市场需求变化.该技术的成功实施,使得高压加氢裂化装置实现了提质、增效、降碳和降本等多重收益,从技术上实现了过程绿色化.
Development and Application of Hydrocracking Technology for Increasing Jet Fuel and High Quality Tail Oil in Large Proportion
In order tomeet the shortage of jet fuel and the transformation of refining unit,a new generation of hydrocracking catalyst RHC-131 and hydrocracking refining section catalyst RN-410 have been introduced.Based on the new catalyst and systematic process research,the hydrocracking technology has been successfully developed to increase the production of jet fuel in a large proportion and also to produce high-quality tail oil.The results of the application of the high-pressure hydrocracking unit of some company with a capacity of 2 million tons/year show that the technology can substantially increase the jet fuel yield and reduce the BMCI value of the tail oil,and also produce more diesel oil through the change of the distillation cut to adapt to the change of the market demand.The successful implementation of this technology has enabled the high-pressure hydrocracking unit to realize multiple benefits such as quality improvement,efficiency increase,carbon reduction and cost reduction.
