Experimental Study on Absorption and Exothermic Characteristics and CO Release Rate of Different Coals
In this paper, the absorption and exothermic characteristics and CO release rate of anthracite coal, coking coal, gas coal,long-flame coal and lignite with different metamorphism were studied experimentally. The above five types of coal were tested by industrial analysis, elemental analysis and porosity experiment respectively. On this basis, the metamorphism of coal was analyzed. The experimental data obtained well reflected that the generation of CO was closely related to the metamorphism of coal. The oxidation and heating experiments were carried out on different types of coal, and it was concluded that the growth trend of CO concentration and CO release rate of coal samples with different metamorphism degrees was consistent, and the lower the metamorphism degree of coal, the easier it was to combine with O2 to release CO.DSC experiments were carried out on different types of coal. The experimental results showed that with the continuous rise of temperature, the absorption rate of coal samples gradually increased to the maximum value and then gradually decreased, while the exothermic rate of coal samples increased slowly in the early stage and accelerated significantly in the later stage, and the CO concentration and release rate continued to increase but increased slowly in the later stage.
