Analysis of the Technical Route for Low Temperature Waste Heat Utilization in the Refining Division of Petrochemical Enterprises
A method based on thermal cycle calculation is conducted to evaluate the performance of ORC system for recovering the low temperature waste heat of refined diesel oil in No.4 diesel hydrogenation unit of the company.Besides, another two technical solutions of heating boiler feed water and absorption refrigeration are analyzed as comparison.According to the results, heating boiler feed water provides higher energy utilization efficiency, but requires overall plan on waste heat in the whole factory. No need to consider any load matching,ORC power generation can be applied flexibly with high economic benefit.Waste heat refrigeration shows a lower economical benefit and requires additional consideration on cooling load of the factory.
