Implement Self-control Improvement Project and Improve the Automation Level of Chlor-alkali Plant
The automatic control rate is an important indicator to measure the level of automation in the operation of a chemical device.The improvement of the automatic control rate can help the stable operation of chlor-alkali devices,optimize indicators,save energy and reduce consumption.This paper analyzes the problems that affect the improvement of the automatic control rate of chlor-alkali plant,and solves the main problems that affect the improvement of the automatic control rate of the plant through the implementation of the automatic control improvement project.After the implementation of the project,the automatic control rate and stability rate of the device have significantly improved,which improv the automation level of the chlor-alkali plant.
