Research on the Technical and Economic Evaluation of Waste Aluminum Silicate Resource Recycling
At present,the treatment of waste aluminum silicate fiber products is relatively extensive,resulting in serious environmental pollution and resource waste.Through the research,ceramic nanofiber tube shells are obtained through industrial production(for reuse)and industrially applied in a DN400 medium pressure steam pipeline of a catalytic plant in a refining and chemical enterprise.The results showed that using waste aluminum silicate fiber products to prepare ceramic nanofiber tube shells technology,12.56 t of aluminum silicate fiber products are prepared into ceramic nanofiber tube shells with a utilization rate of 90%.They are installed in the original medium pressure steam pipeline,and the insulation effect was greatly improved.The annual heat loss is reduced by about 126 000 m3 of natural gas,and the carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 267.17 t,reducing production costs for enterprises by RMB 587 400.This technology realizes the regeneration and utilization of waste aluminum silicate fiber products,achieving the preparation of high-performance nano new insulation pipe shells,with specific good economic and social benefits.
